Whether you are a new member or have been with the organization since its inception, all individuals should have an equal opportunity to express their ideas, concerns, and passions for VAIMH.

We call upon all Board members and the VAIMH membership at large to commit to the idea that everyone has a place at the table and should feel encouraged and welcomed to engage actively in all our practices, planning, and educational initiatives. We invite all to come together and continue the meaningful work that has been the backbone of our organization since 2010.

If there are concerns, suggestions, or general feedback, we welcome input in an anonymous and confidential fashion. Additionally, we hope you will feel free to reach out to any of our Executive Board with topic-specific questions.

Submissions will be reviewed each Friday with responses summarized and posted to this page the following Friday.        If the feedback is deemed sensitive in nature, the VAIMH Executive Committee will convene for open discussion before providing feedback.       Only responses that include contact information will receive a personalized reply.
