Crosswalks
Crosswalks create a shared framework or map for professional development across all sectors and disciplines of infant, early childhood and family field across the full spectrum of service delivery, including promotion (FA), prevention/early intervention (FS), mental health treatment and intervention (MHS), and macro (MHM).
The Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health partners with organizations to promote workforce development across the field through competency-informed training, coursework, and experiences by developing Crosswalks across the partner organization's content and align that content with the Competency Guidelines. IECMH Applicants who have participated in any of the programs outlined below will be able to demonstrate competency more easily and succinctly.
The presence of a Crosswalk on this page means that it has been aligned with the knowledge and skill areas found within the Competency Guidelines and authored by at least one professional holding the Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E® / ECMH-E®) credential. The Alliance cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the crosswalk.
